Two North Carolina Air National Guard pilots fly a C-130 Hercules over the island of Puerto Rico as part of the hub-and-spoke mission executed by Airmen from the 621st Contingency Response Wing at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., during the Vigilant Guard exercise held March 23 to 29.
